Can I change my personal information?

To change your personal information simply Log In to your KO-RACER.COM User Account. You can view and edit all of your information by clicking on “Personal Data”.

Can I place an order without creating a user account?

You can always place your order as a Guest on KO-RACER.COM, without creating a User Account. When you are ready to check out, you will be forwarded to the Login page. You just need to choose the option "Proceed as a Guest” and enter your email. After entering shipping address, billing address and payment method, you will be asked to confirm your order.

Can a single order be shipped to more than one address?

KO-RACER.COM can ship a single order only to one address. If you want to change your shipping address after placing your order, please ask for a change of address by contacting us at our email ADMIN@KO-RACER.COM. Please note that it is not possible to change address by switching to another country.

Can I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel your order before the dispatchment, you need to contact our customer care by sending an email to INFO@KO-RACER.COM, with the object line “ORDER CANCELLATION - ORDER IDENTIFICATION NUMBER (…)”. If the order has already been dispatched, you will have to wait and then return it through your Personal Profile page.


In case of returns, how does the refund process work?

Refund timing can vary from 3 to 10 days. Please take into consideration the time needed for the bank to process the request. The refund will be returned to the same payment channel (Bank Account, Credit Card or PayPal) used to place the order. The clients can also choose to be refunded with a promo-code that can be used on the next purchase. You can select this option when filling the return form on KO-RACER.COM.

How much are shipping costs?

Shipping methods and costs vary depending on the destination Country. You can preview the shipping fee in your cart after specifying your address before completing the order.

How do I track the delivery of my order?

As soon as Delivery Partner picks up the parcels at our warehouse, the client will receive an e-mail with the order’s tracking number. It will be possible to track delivery status at any time by inserting the tracking number on the courier website.


Do you ship to my country?

We ship to most countries. Please visit our Terms of Service for more information. Please note that, due to the severe importing restrictions, shipping to some countries might experience delays in deliveries.
